POLE7645: The port to the second game was crap, but the port to the first game was actually pretty good (most of it's problems are due to being made back in the early 2000s).

neurasthenya: I'm not found of it. Straight port of the PSX and kinda glitchy on the graphical department.
Of course, there's going to be graphical glitches with modern graphic cards. It was made in 2000.

They removed most of the Psycho Mantis parts (that wouldn't work on PC), added the option to save anywhere and the option to move and shoot in first person, included the VR training expansion straight out of the box and enhanced the graphics (mainly higher resolution and better lightning). So, I wouldn't call it a straight port.

Back them was already glitchy, I'm not talking about modern systems. :v

Some post process efectts are missing because the company didn't have time and PCs couldn't do it at the time of realease. Having the PSX assets being up res on the PC have this downside. Same thing happened with Soul Reaver, where the Dreamcast got updated assets while the PC version remained as a up res PSX port.
The VR missions where a neat addition, the first person and save anywhere not that much since it trivializes the game, making it too easy.
