I'm with the DR. I rescued, at the safe. The TMD will not open the safe. I've tried 12 times.

What did I miss or do wrong?

Is what's his name with you (barsov or something or other)???

He has to tell you use the TMD to open the safe and then it works. I think.

Sorry you didn't get your question answered on the forum, it's probably not used much. How you looked at a walkthrough, textual or YouTube? (Sorry, can't help other than that suggestion)
