It appears that there is no way to checkout the free games on offer the "Pay for your order now" button is disabled

Any ideas?

Your account is from 2011, so some of the free games were automatically added to it when you registered. The question is then, what specific games are you trying to add?

I've checked my library, the games are not in it
Currently I am trying Star Control Origins: Reinforcements
But there was one other, which also was not in my library, give it a go, see if you can manage?

You need to own Star Control Origins (which is not free), before you can add this free DLC. There are some more free DLC around the store which require you to own the non-free base game.
