As for the poem...

Seven baby goats curled up together in a puddle of cute.
Blink, now they're jumping, legs stretched out in joy, so neat!
A cold snap, slicing through in a way you cannot refute.
Blink, now some ice cream, savoured in the unseasonal heat.

The view thaws in morning light,
Crystals of ice gently abated.

The tea is made fresh and room tidied up right,
Whilst the cat's face has its window time slated,

The sounds of rain still resound from the night,
Comfy, cozy, and quite twitterpatted.

Ok, I never wrote a poem in my life, but I have some knowledge about poetry. So here goes my best:

This is a giveaway about Spring
But in my country it's currently Fall
So this season flowers won't bring
But instead withered leaves for us all

But I'm not really mad
Because I don't go a lot outside
And I am never sad
With my computer by my side

My poetry skills suck
So I won't write more than I need
Hope I'll be blessed with luck
So that I can win Kynseed
