BlueBangkok: The game claims that I cannot get my in-game rewards because "I am not running Cyberpunk through GOG 2.0 and logged into my GOG account", even though I am running it on GOG 2.0.46 Beta and are logged in.

If you want the rewards, and every ingame item beside, install CET and use the console to add any item you want to your inventory. As I have suggested in so many threads already.

Don't even need GoG Galaxy for it.

mechcentric: for you it's not, but for me it was: i solved it by unchecking menu skip in cyber engine tweaks mod, in case anyone has that installed/enabled

palkkipantteri: I had this problem and unclecking skip menu and suppress intro movies brought digital rewards back. I wonder what causes that? propably some check for rewards during those things and skipping them removes it.
I just installed the thing clean yesterday. No rewards.
Made a custom launch path directly from GOG Galaxy some 5 min ago (without the REDLauncher in between), as the game suggests. No rewards

I just linked my GOG account to the RED launcher and started the game through that. Now I got the items.

Anyone who "fixed" the issue another way remember something alike?
