I really would like the game's fullsize box art, without all the legal/age/rating icons and random branding that's on physical boxes. I know GOG has to have these as I've seen them on the home page when they are advertising sales and what not.
I would love to be able to make my own physical GOG copy to liven up my game shelf.

I also agree that case insterts and disc labels would be good. The nearest thing I can find is www.steamgamecovers.com/ which okay, apart from the huge steam labels on them. Maybe GOG could offer some sponsorship money to that site in turn for getting GOG versions of the artwork.
