Link your Steam account, but the redeem button is somewhat hidden.

On the Games2Gether/Amplifiers/Amplitude-studios site where you link your account, click the gift icon at the top right. You would think it would be here, but no, Click on the "Badges" tab, the "Profiler." Under "Quests" click the "Connect your account to Steam" button and then the "REDEEM" button beside the "Endless Space Collection."

(You don't necessarily have to click on Badges>Profiler. Some, but not all, Badges, Avatars, and Titles will bring you to the option that has "Quests" where you can follow the rest of the instructions above).

This is worse than some of the Vendor agreements I have to read for my job before we start supplying large retail chains with our products...
